What does “Mind, Body, Spirit” mean?  Our goal is to provide opportunities for whole life wellness through the mind, body, and spirit… treating the three as a whole, not as separate parts.  In short, when one of those parts is out of sorts, it will affect the others.  Science has proven that our emotions to affect our physical health.  A mind that is challenged stays stronger.  Spirit isn’t someone’s religion, it is their identity. 

We provide opportunities for people to renew their spirit and allow it to flourish.  We have a full staff of trained professionals that provide you with services and can give you information on natural healing modalities .  We also have many classes, events, and workshops.  See our calendar page for a listing.  Often practitioners will set up at The Sanctuary for walk ins, (see our calendar for dates and times) but all are available by appointment as well.  You may call the same day, but it’s best to call in advance for best time selection.

Our retail store offers books, crystals, jewelry, spiritual items such as artwork & statuary, herbs, bath salts, and essential oils.  We also offer a variety of classes, events, and workshops to offer whole life wellness for you mind, body, and spirit.  We have the caring, knowledge, and experience to help you find what you’re looking for whether it’s an item or information.
